Anthony Woo

Anthony Woo is the Co-Founder and CFO of Torus, a nonprofit that provides free composting services to reduce food waste and promote sustainability. In his role, he manages the organization’s finances, oversees fundraising through grants and donor outreach, builds partnerships with municipalities and nonprofits, and ensures tax and regulatory compliance. Under his leadership, Torus has secured more than $100,000 in funding, served over 1000 households, diverted 200,000+ pounds of food waste from landfills, and reduced greenhouse gas emissions by over 760,000 pounds of CO₂ equivalent.

A student at The Lawrenceville School, Anthony also plays varsity baseball and competes in USA Powerlifting. From Tallahassee, FL, he is passionate about combining environmental advocacy with youth leadership.
